1. Who we are

wasntme.party is a product of NightBlood Chronicles. Buying a kit from this site is a direct transaction with us.

2. Who can buy and play

You must be 18 or older to purchase a kit, host an event, or submit intake answers. By checking out, you confirm every participant at your event is also 18 or older. Our content is written for adult groups.

3. What you're buying

A one-time, non-transferable license to run ONE murder-mystery event using the kit we deliver. You may print the PDF, project the screen kit, and share the kit's content with your invited guests for that event. You may not resell, redistribute, bundle, publish, or run paid events using our kits without a separate venue license. Email us if you want one.

4. Personalization and what friends share

Hosts invite friends to submit short answers (a signature line, a harmless secret about themselves, an energy tag, anything they want kept off-limits). Those answers are used only to compose your kit and are stored in our database so your host can review and lock the kit. We do not sell or share this data. Friends can decline to submit; the host can fill their slot. See the Privacy Policy for data details.

5. Content safety

Nobody writes a secret about anyone else. All secrets a friend submits are about themselves. We flag off-limits topics against assigned roles and warn the host before the kit locks. Still, this is live-action group play — read the kit before you host, and skip anything that doesn't fit your table.

6. Payments

Payments run through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in USD. Business orders can be invoiced on request.

7. Refunds

Full refund available before you lock the kit. See the Refund Policy for the complete rules.

8. Our intellectual property

The case content, characters, archetypes, clue structure, and visual design are copyright NightBlood Chronicles. The names and secrets your friends submit remain yours. The composed kit is yours to use for your event.

9. No warranties

We provide the kit "as is." We cannot guarantee that every guest will enjoy every joke. We do our best to catch unsafe content before kit lock, but hosts are responsible for the room on the night.

10. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your purchase is the amount you paid for that kit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top. Material changes to pricing, data, or refund rules will be emailed to buyers of record.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the state where NightBlood Chronicles is registered.
